archivesElsinore Mon 6-3-08I arrived at The E launch at 12:00 to 7-10 blowing straight in. I waited till the back flag blew down and then I got ready to launch. I took off at 1:00 and flew bumpy strong thermals for 2 1/2 hrs. I went NW along the range for about 7-8 miles from launch and then back to the LZ. 6100' msl max. 900 fpm max lift. I had a great landing near the tree in wind blowing down at 8-10 mph. 3 hangs and one PG today. |
