CSS Road Trip #2 - Mingus MountainThis is developing, I have little information at this point, but it's worth getting out for planning purposes: CSS'es second road trip of the year will be to Mingus Mountain in Arizona the weekend of Memorial Day (May 22-25). Personally, I will be flying one day, whatever day has the best forecast. The rest of the time I'll be doing other things with wifey and pipsqueek in the area. Some may want to bring their families and do other things in the Prescott area. Others, I am sure, will want to get all they can at this highly regarded site. More details to come. This particular trip will be Mingus or bust, no alternate sites. By the way, I'm also going to try to angle toward a Yosemite trip in August. I just have too much going on in the ol' personal life. But, I highly encourage everyone to go (my not being there may be a bonus to some). I've heard a few people say this is their favorite site, 17999 is sometimes the limit. Please add your name to Jack's here if you plan on going. The Westwilers will beThe Westwilers will be breaking in their new Travel Trailer on this trip and they are bringing along the Rhodes and Mr. Aldrich. The Rhodes will be bringing their own vehicle and the Westwilers will have the truck with padded racks! We are very excited and hope we will be able to find a campsite. We are going to be arriving LATE on Friday evening and leaving late morning on Monday. I guess we really like to drive in the traffic! See you there! |

sites available. Leaving early Friday returning on Monday.
Will be trekking to Sedona for a day outing.
