Marshall 5/10

Hazy day , little wind, challenging flying. Seemed to be more Eteamers than Liners? Flew for 2-2 1/2 hrs. Made several really low saves. Maiden flight on my new Ultrasport 2-2 1/2 hrs.
Sweet glider! Got really low several times only to climb back up over Marshall. Highest altitude was 5000. Bill Soderquist dove back to Crestline worked the face and eventually got over the top and flew to Devore and back. Highest altitude 5800. Made an easy
landing arount 5 pm. Lift was still there, but I was hanging high
and had enough for the day.

E-Team at Marshall

I launched at 3:00 and worked the house thermal for a long time. Got to 5K. Played over Marshal for an hour, then worked my way to the LZ. landed at 4:30. 1 1/2 hrs. Nice gathering of pilots telling stories. Looking forward to the next time.
