Got enough nerve up to let her get slow with a "very steep" left bank, and sure enough that tail fin swings her into the wind right smartly. Easy to see how a flier used to that quality could get in trouble without it. She has Bob's new thinner airfoil section. It works well, but I suspect my top rigging won't let me see the advantage it could offer the topless versions. But I ain't into speed all that much anyway. Makes my eyes water.
