The altitude forecast was dismal, but the reality was better.
I launched my PG just before 2 pm from Crestline. The wind was straight in but lighter than typical. I got up to 6200' a few times. After 90 minutes I went forward and top landed Marshall then flew another hour and up to 5000' in the front range in smoother thermals in the company of Jeff with his new PG gear.
A good turnout of pilots and a warm day.
