If the frame is flashing grey a lot, use a longer frame interval.
If you've already been through the cycle once, try the sub 1 sec. frame intervals. Or put up with the flashing for a cycle or two.

New image added every five minutes between 0500 and 2200. Page will update image list without reloading.

URL Hackers: If you change the frame rate, the page will reload with parameters indicating your selected
start and end indices and frame interval - selStart, selEnd, and selRate.
Instead of start and end indices, you can specify times with tS and tE
i.e. ?tS=5:30&tE=14:00 (times override indices)
The alternate parameter 'interval' is the same as selRate (and overrides it).

This page was just slapped together on a Sunday morning then extended to use a lot of AJAX,
demanding a fast network connection and a fairly fast machine for the shorter frame intervals.
Might be almost useless with a dial-up connection. Functionality/layout/location will change.
