No TFR yet, but definitely aircraft activity there, so avoid the area until it has been brought under control.
Looked like the smoke was into the stratosphere when I drove down the 10.

Both Crestline and Marshall are in the level 2 evacuation zone. I would suggest not flying until this gets resolved. Highway 18 should be clear for evacuations and fire personnel. Plus the air quality is very poor.
