It’s been exactly a year since I last flew HG’s due to a shoulder injury. I’m now on my second round of shoulder surgery and my therapist assures me I’ll be able to fly hangs again in about a year. In the meantime, I’ve not been idle. As previously posted I’ve been working with a charter school building an RV12. We just completed our FAA inspection and started the test flight portion in the defined flight test area. So far the plane is operating flawlessly with only one minor discrepancy requiring an easy adjustment. So if you see a shiny aluminum airplane fly by you in the near future, just be assured he’s looking out for you and wishing he was flying what you’re flying.

That would be fun! On my todo list for sure to fly a real plane! Not the same bird/superman feeling, but I’m sure it’s amazing!
