    I hear from David that he flew his PG from Marshall and got 3.5 hours and up to 6k. Excellent.

    I chose Soboba, and was similarly rewarded with 3.3 hours and up to 6400′. The last 90 minutes were in smooth lift over the valley, cruising around at 5k, looked down at my house then flew back. About 25 pilots, but safe flying for all.

    I’m glad both sites offered good condition today.

    It was definitely better than I expected! As usual, I had to go land early (nausea sucks 👎 ), but it was nice to get high enough to go from Cloud back to Marshall, and then still be able to fly back to Cloud if I wanted. That was a first for me. 🥳
