The last round of spicy north winds we got took out the Wx at AJX. The mast that it was attached to snapped in half and the unit broke off of its mounting bracket during the impact, leaving a hole in the housing. It’s possible that the electronics survived so there’s hope there, but a new housing will be needed. Station will be offline for a bit until it can be fixed.
