Thanks to Brian for his bravery climbing the radio tower at Crestline, we have a new weather station up there. There is a little more work to be done to feed the data from that into the weather page on the CSS site, but in the meantime, here is a direct link to view the data:

Lyle Anderson Premium MemberSpeaking of weather stations… I see a there is a really nice looking weather station mounted on the telephone pole, where you turn off the road next to the embankment and head up to the L/Z, . Who’s is it, and could we access it via the Internet if we ask nicely? just thinking out loud…

Ownership name suggests that SC Edison owns it. Also should point out that it only reports in or has data points every 10 minutes, but it can be useful for comparison with the AJX station.
