Today’s Elsinore Hang Glide & Sailplane report. Nice NE winds made for good ridge lift today. The only HG report is that I saw Dave B’s tandem glider sitting on his car rack at Edwards for my whole flight. I had to land early at 2pm so I don’t know if he or any other HG flew later. Maybe too strong at launch? Perfect ridge day for sailplanes though with several out. Took the first tow at 11:15 due to delays with the tow pilot. It was ridge soarable from 9am till sun down, so could have been another 8 hour day but I only had time for 3. Prime “Soaring Season” is only a few weeks away so time to get the cobwebs off your gear (and your body?). I plan to finally do a lot more HG (and Super Floater) at Crestline this season, as well as the good old E, so hope to see you all in the air soon, Alan
