The email below was sent to me by CSS member Cyndia Zumpft-Klein who is also a Sylmar Club Member, Windsports Team, and regularly flies at Dockweiler Beach. She asked me to share this info with all of you to keep everyone informed.
The implications of this study could have an impact on HG/PG activities at LA County Beaches, although little is known or understood at this point at how that will play out.

” The National Park Service is studying the feasibility of taking control of the LA County beaches, at least some of them. This proposal has been championed by Representative Liu (Manhattan Beach) and got the funding for the study approved in 2022.
