Went up to Regionals around 11:30. Windier than I cared for, being out of practice with the PG, so I didn’t fly. Jordan’s student Doug got off cleanly with a forward inflation during a lull. David from Columbia got plucked up a little with a reverse but was fine. Totally ridge soarable, with thermals. Jordan had Doug fly down and work some tight lift down by the 750. David, whooping occasionally, worked his way up to about 4,500 or so and saw the sides of a cloud or two. Jordan flew off once Doug was landing.
Road looked much better than I expected.
