Not really to the point of a warning, yet.
Yesterday, May 28th, a guy from Southern California Edison came by in a truck.
He was scouting locations for a temporary helicopter base for a power pole replacement project in Devils Canyon and Bailey Canyon (the next canyon north — probably that powerline that runs up to the towers North of Pine Flats).
He expected the project would run about 3 months. He wasn’t sure when it would start, other than probably before September.
If it happens, there will apparently be a lot of traffic, up to and including S-76 Skycranes.
