The informal rules are:
When you get off work, Come out to the LZ. ( think 5 pm-ish )
You don’t Have to fly.
If you do, Great! when you land Hang-out for awhile. (don’t pack up and run away)
Bring a snack or a beverage to share with others. (or not.)
Think of it like a wine and cheese event. (with no cheesy whining)
Kathy usually provides a table cloth and a wild flower centerpiece.
