Fun trip east, with various landing choices for our group. Saw several other PGs on the front range going in both directions on the way.
Track log for 4 of us.
Seemed to be mostly smooth conditions, but with some rough air both at Marshall and down by the dam (what I experienced). Everyone seemed to have a very different flight and reported different conditions. I went to the dam and after encountering some really trashy air and barely maintaining altitude, started to head back west and landed in a new home development that was under construction. The construction folks were super into it and really nice. Flight time of 2 hours, 6800′ max altitude, and a total straight distance of 16 miles (according to Leonardo).
Special thanks to Cory for the retrieve!
