Yeah, I’ve seen the videos, intentionally confrontational and aggressive attempting to entrap a person being filmed without permission.

I also saw you and others filming me just going about my business. Honestly, some behaviors are better left behind the iron curtain.

That is the pattern the whole world sees, manipulations, threats, and missed opportunities to show maturity in dealing with member issues.

It’s not too late to try something different.

The problem is that the BOD discusses but doesn’t listen or change their own behavior. This whole affair is more out of whack than an assyemtric collapse. For any club BOD to take such a spiteful and hard line without any path for restoring membership or playing a role in reconciliation is an absolute travesty of the club’s intent and, frankly, un-American.

Fact is, the “club” has a commercial and financial interest in the members and activities.

That you are considering this topic is a clear sign of how this board is confused on what is expected of them for the promotion and development of the club and activities.

Instead, find ways to do more for hang and para gliding pilots alike, local or visiting, newbie and experienced, even those requiring coaching and behavioral adjustment in a fair and balanced way.

I ask you: How well are we doing to be inclusive, welcoming, encouraging, and simply pleasant to anybody willing to buy in to our amazing club and make it prosper?

    Welcome to Andy Jackson!

For a turnout percentage, we need to divide the votes counted roughly by the current member count.

Yes, the Society is a PG club based on the ratio you indicate, however, it may be another point of discussion whether these PG members feel that way.

With 60-70 votes counted, what turnout percentage does that give and how is the split between HG or PG?

    Great board meeting,

Luke yelling over everyone, nothing resolved, and what do you think about Linda’s evil witch routine, I think it’s hot!

    Please add to the minutes:

    Board report card:

    – paying 15x more insurance mostly due to apathy.

    – not resolving issues amicably but unproductive combativeness.

    – terrible adherence to a communication plan and roles,  if that even exists.

    – terrible member relations, accusations, assuming privileges not given to members.

    Grade:  F

Because this is America, the land of second chances, the board should get till April next year to shape up.

Please don’t video me or anybody else with the only intent of publishing out of context or set up sound bites.
