First time forum chatter thing here. I’m the introvert none of you (except Steve and Dan) ever talk to at the LZ. Ima be honest, I basically stopped reading all this yapping at Dan’s first post when he mentioned “Karens” which took the thought directly from my head. Thank you Dan!

So I met Steve a few years back when I first joined the club. Super nice dude, always willing to help, and work to earn a few bucks.

I’ll speak to the criminal aspect of the Steve issue. No cop, deputy DA, or court is going to pursue a case of trespassing on a person when they know he has been 1. A member 2. Allowed to live on site for years 3. Benefited the club by providing labor. Even if those weren’t the case, all he would need is to be the guest of a club member, and therefore couldn’t be trespassed. Many of the laws that protect squatters were implemented by the liberal politicians in this state. I’m confident many of you who are bitching about Steve voted for those politicians.

Ima about to throw some sinking air into y’all’s sails here; Your phone calls to the police also have the potential to hurt the club more than anything. I’ll let you in on a cop secret. If you keep calling them, and they can’t fix the problem your way, they will fix it another way.  So the guy camping on AJX property that no one else besides the board gives a damn about or even knows about, brings the whole club into the spotlight at the next city council meeting. Now, the city who had no idea CSS existed, is looking at how to keep it from depleting their police resources with frivolous calls for service. Can’t legally remove the Steve, maybe remove the club somehow? For the love of God, have any of you driven down the Blade or in downtown berdoo in the last decade? Hookers with their asses hanging out, zombies out of their minds everywhere. The cops and city have their hands full with gangsters, hookers, and filth downtown. 100 percent guaranteed that every time you call the cops on Steve their immediate thought is “oh the snobs are calling on Steve again.” This is not a criminal issue.

Honestly, is Steve really a problem? He’s a problem for your egos because you haven’t been successful in removing him. The developers already forgot about him. For Gods sake, let the dude chill in his RV.
