I was just up at Crestline and the newish Ultimeter 2×00 weather base station, to which the sensors are attached, has an LCD screen like the Outer Limits trailer – the crisp black lines fading out from the edges till the center almost disappears, then coming back. 12:00 never changing. I suspect a gremlin in the internal power supply interface, jamming a cog or some such. Dan will return it whence it came for reeducation.
