David,
You will have to wait until I am back at AJX April 25. That’s when I have requested great flying conditions.

David Webb General MemberI believe I will need someone else of consequence to request excellent conditions then. I will go postal if I have to wait that long.

December 9, 2024 at 9:54 AM #21390Followed the following route yesterday and it was a sad sight skimming along so much denuded landscape with a spiderweb of fresh fire break scars. I hope the root system is able to secure the soil against erosion and mudslides.
December 9, 2024 at 1:59 PM #21391The vegetation recovers pretty quickly. This is the hill springing back after the Old fire.
December 9, 2024 at 4:30 PM #21392Thats Tim’s green truck, Ken Howells 1996 silver Tacoma, Stan Koselak Red truck and last but not least My Gold 1999 Tacoma… Dan, Thanks for the cruise down memory lane.

Ken Howells General MemberGood eye, Mark! What’s the date on that? 2004?
December 11, 2024 at 5:24 PM #21397early 2004 sounds about right. The Old fire was >>>” The Old Fire was a large complex wildfire that started on October 25, 2003 (the original Old Fire began on October 25), near Old Waterman Canyon Road and California State Route 18 in the San Bernardino Mountains, in San Bernardino County, Southern California, United States.”
