This coming Saturday April 17 isn’t looking so good for flying, but it looks great (77°F at 2k, 63°F at 5k) for riding our motorcycles (picture of mine) and I know some of you have cool bikes. I propose this fun short and twisty ride…
Route: Banning up to Idyllwild, then down to Hemet. 1h 12m and 43 mile.
We meet at this Chevron in Banning at 1 pm (or at my house at noon in San Jacinto). We stop to eat (indoor and outdoor seating) at Idyllwild Pizza and Pizza is on me (just cover your drinks). Then follow me down to Hemet, or reverse course. Don’t worry about speed, go at your own pace and we wait for people to catch up at key points.
Send me an Email (or post here) if you want to join. It will be fun to see pilots doing something different.
Well, it looks like the BBQ was moved to the 24th.
The 17th is showing West so far.
After seeing this, I went ahead and checked my bike’s tire pressures…
