Other than 1 day at the beach last year, I stopped flying when my son was born now 11 years ago, so I’m selling my gear. This one probably has about 150 hours on it and is in good condition. It has a VG, which is uncommon for intermediate level gliders. George Stebbins owned it before me, and I believe Jay before George. I have it stored in Redondo Beach. The bag is in good shape as well. See more information from the wiki page below. The picture is not the glider I am selling, but rather another WW Ultra Sport.
The Wills Wing Ultra Sport is an American high-wing, single-place, hang glider that was designed and produced by Wills Wing of Santa Ana, California, introduced in 1996. Now out of production, when it was available the aircraft was supplied complete and ready-to-fly
The Ultra Sport was conceived as a recreational glider, capable of making cross country flights. It is made from aluminum tubing, with the double-surface wing covered in Dacron sailcloth.
Ultra Sport 166 Large-sized model for heavier pilots. Its 34.1 ft (10.4 m) span wing is cable braced from a single kingpost. The nose angle is 127°, wing area is 166 sq ft (15.4 m2) and the aspect ratio is 7.0:1. The pilot hook-in weight range is 165 to 287 lb (75 to 130 kg). The glider model was HGMA certified in 1997 and is also DHV2 certified.
