Hi Jerome. Mini split AC and Heat units do require a higher startup load and a lower run load. We should get 240V models for higher efficiency. Mitsubishi makes a reliable unit to those specs. Others are similar. Mark Hoffman is one of the HVAC Contractors in CSS who installs these. It will be sized for the space and work with power from solar. Thanks
