That is not the first time you mentioned that ; on this Thread.

I fly HG , way more than I fly PG ; I have Never received a ride, (from Gene) to Regionals , or any other launch site, associated with CSS  , for the purpose of flying a Hang glider. I like Gene for other reasons : He is a Great pilot with both Hang gliders , (Rigid and Rogallo) and Paragliders as well  , and he has flown with me for many Many years , on all those machines.

You sat on takeoff , (With a Hang glider) and were too scared to launch ; even though a PG in YOUR own words : “Flew Away from Launch” ?

Yea Dude ; I for Sure would disregard anything you have to say about flying as well. LOL

If it were me , even with a WW 220 Falcone  ; I would have no problem flying, when a PG was already in the air. Your statement says a lot about your flying ability ; and some may even tend to believe that Bo may have a few envy issues ?

I can tell from the way you have posted in this Thread ; Bo does Not like Gene , and he is willing to push the same idealism on unsuspecting others.

Stick to the Facts as described in the first letter about Genes ban from CSS ; everything else is just outright vindictive (.)

Good point.  I pay close to a million in legal fee every year.  I don’t mind throwing money to support Genes case.

I feel confident that, “Strong/Smart minds” like Jana and Linda , will prevail over the emotional ones , and this situation will be resolved to the benefit of all involved !! That is my Hope.

I am with Douglas , on this . If Jean were to take it to court for a lawsuit : he would most probably win.

Next up is dogs off leash : There are a lot of dogs off leash at CSS , and the homeless guy I’m thinking of is one of them ; another reason for a seriously good lawsuit , and Gene would win.

Do you realize that Gene could sue each and every member of this club ; and not just the club as an entity ?

The board is making Gene out to be a Bad guy ; but Gene did NOT have to include all the people who make money from driving people up to launch , on the contract he made with the national forest , for permission to use the roads to our launch sites when shut down , (but he DID). If the roads up to Marshall and Regionals launch sits get shut down for a high fire danger ; Gene  is allowed to use them because of his efforts.

They make extensions for paint sprayers , that can reach the Beams from the ground ; only the sanding part would need the Lift.

First thing I did , after watching this video ; yep go look at the ones on my HG and PG harness’s … … I needed a bit of toilet-paper , after looking !! :(
