Thank you Jai Pal. I wasn’t suggesting anything otherwise. Still I think this should be called out and the rules spelled out clearly for all to follow. For example, if CSS is not an USHPA chapter can a non USHPA rated pilot fly there?

I think it’s a fair question and I too would love to know the answer. If CSS is not an USHPA chapter does this mean USHPA regulations do not apply nor need to be followed at AJX? If so, what are the regulations that will govern safe flying at this site? Thank you.
