And fees collected go to shade structure, unless you somehow make it be for CSS expenses like it was always supposed to be.

Not surprised that the shade structure financials are secret

Not very detailed regarding shade structure donations and/or expenditures.
I repeat: is there another sheet that includes them?

Tim, on my Facebook live at 1:13 (an hour and 13 min in) Stan was very very clear regarding the BODs plan that AUA is not being considered as an alternative to membership for flying CSS.

So why did Stan say there was NO PLAN to accept AUA alongside USHPA for membership? Did I misunderstand his answer when I asked specifically yesterday? Hopefully the detailed meeting minutes will clear this up.

Holy fucking shit. I hope to see some consistency in banning members (and out of control “board members” – and I use that phrase LOOSELY) for attacking members in this forum.

    President  Stan said,

“ The Board has not been planning or considering getting out of USHPA, changing the rating system, or obtaining another rating provider.  ”

so are we going to scrap this whole discussion and devote the meeting Saturday to all of the other topics?

Jerome : nailed it. Methinks this is the rationale by some of the parties proposing this.
“Possible loophole for pilots/instructors banned from USHPA, to fly/teach at our site. ”

Very thorough and thoughtful details. Thanks for taking the time and effort to detail this.

Or you can Google USHPA accident reports

Great discussion! Will there be a link for members unable to attend in person and only through Zoom or Microsoft ?

Happy to hear this instead of “we don’t want meetings because they are work”.  Looking forward to it. It will of course be available virtually because that technology isn’t burdensome as we found out during the pandemic. It makes it even EASIER for more members to attend.

Well you can all weigh in on this very professional drawing for the new camping proposal at CSS! How very exciting! B2BE454A-DAFD-41B9-93A1-DA8A2C373DB0

Yeah it’s kinda weird no board member has chimed in here. Are they done getting the new ratings system from the ultralight assn? Are we done with USHPA yet? Who is in charge of the new ratings?
The overnight parking and “free” shower situation seems to be causing problems since there is no payment for the hot water use. Are “donations “ for overnight parking going straight to the shade structure and not to the general fund?
So many questions, so few answers.
